Circle Internet, the issuer of the USDC stablecoin, has officially filed for an initial public offering (IPO) on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), targeting a valuation of approximately $6.7 billion. The company plans to raise up to $624 million by offering 24 million shares priced between $24 and $26 each, reflecting a renewed optimism in the cryptocurrency market.
